20334B SSRS Reports and Custom reports for Lync SfB

Getting an answer to a troubleshooting or capacity problem in Lync/SfB is not always easy.  The "tin-canned" reports that come with the default installation may not give you the specifics you want.  That is where custom reports and the community come in.
