John Knapton: I had a problem with the net use as well.  Used cmdkey /add:<storage-account-name>.file.core.windows.net /user:<storage-account-name> /pass:<storage-account-key> then the net use without the /u parameter

azcopy seems to require you to browse to the D: drive and find the exact path of the files
